Exoticise!Oh Yes, you heard it!

It's finally here!

The routine is set, the chairs are in, now all we need is for you to bring your sexy self on down!

This class is set similar to an aerobics class...meaning there is a set routine every week that doesn't change.  All the moves are easy enough for even a novice to do, but you better get ready, because your body is in for an oh so sexy workout!

A cross between burlesque and calisthenics.  Exoticise is a uniquely fun and flirty workout like no other!  Utilizing the chair as a prop, this class will bust your buns, quiver your quads and curve your core!   

Beginning with a sexy warm-up, we’ll guide you through the routine in this slow and sensuous class.  Then we’ll end with a sexy flexy stretch and cool down! Anyone at any fitness level can follow along.  Yet everyone will get a sexy workout and feel rejuvenated afterwards!  Now how many workouts can say that!  

Fall in love with yourself again!  You will get fit, have fun and feel FABULOUS!  You won't have a more fun workout anywhere!

And yes, you can even wear those naughty stripper shoes if you want!  By wearing those heals, your buns and legs will get an even hotter workout!  Helping you shed those inches and firm up faster! 

Class size will be limited to a max of 8 women. 

This is a drop-in class, come for one, or come for all!  However, in order to reserve your spot, pre-registration is HIGHLY recommended!

Maximum of 8 students per class, pre-registration is strongly recommended to save your chair in class!

We are no longer doing "credits" Just dollar amounts to make things easier for you.  Those of you that purchased credits can use the dollar amount towards any class.


Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to register.  Class will start promptly on time. Please do not arrive late as it disrupts class.

 

Wear workout gear.  "Stripper" shoes are highly recommended, but not required.  Please bring tennis shoes and comfortable heals.
